Final pricing may change after on-site inspection, diagnosis, measurements, code/permit requirements, parts availability, or additional work requested or needed.
    Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee availability, confirm an appointment, or create a binding contract until we confirm details with you.

  • EMERGENCY DISCLAIMER
    The Site is not intended for emergency communications. If you have an urgent situation involving immediate risk to people or property (for example, gas odor, fire, flooding, or electrical hazards), contact emergency services or your utility provider first. If safe to do so, you may then contact us for service.

  • APPOINTMENTS, ACCESS, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
    When Services are scheduled, you agree to:

    • Provide safe, timely access to the property and the work area

    • Secure pets and remove obstacles around the work area

    • Disclose relevant known conditions (prior repairs, damage, unusual issues, shutoff locations, etc.)

    • Ensure a responsible adult is present if required for access and authorization
      If we arrive and cannot safely access the property or perform work due to conditions outside our control, a trip/diagnostic fee may apply where permitted by law.

  • PAYMENTS, DEPOSITS, AND CANCELLATIONS
    Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    • Payment is due upon completion of Services

    • Some jobs may require a deposit, especially for special-order parts or scheduled installations

    • Deposits may be non-refundable once parts are ordered or labor is reserved

    • Late cancellations, missed appointments, or inability to access the property may result in a fee where permitted

  • WARRANTIES AND MANUFACTURER TERMS
    Some parts may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Any labor or workmanship warranty offered by us (if any) may be described on your invoice or in writing. Warranty coverage may be void if work is altered by others, misused, not maintained, or if additional issues arise unrelated to our work.

  • NO PROFESSIONAL ADVICE ON THE SITE

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE).
