Huntridge is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Las Vegas. Its original tracts run from South 10th Street east to Maryland Parkway and from Charleston Boulevard south to Franklin Avenue, with later blocks reaching 15th Street and Oakey Boulevard, and the city historic resource survey dates the houses to 1942 through 1946.
