A 1980s whirlpool tub pump leaked at the union into the joist bay. They replaced the pump and unions from a new access door. We were in Talaverde, Summerlin. The bay is dry and the tub still jets.

The kitchen pot filler was fed from a hot-only branch and ran lukewarm. A cold tap from the nearest riser with a shutoff in the cabinet. That call was from Talaverde. Pasta water is cold until we boil it.
