Eldorado spreads across the far north of North Las Vegas, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway, with Ann Road and Deer Springs Way running across it and Camino Eldorado, Camino Al Norte and Rome Boulevard winding through the tracts. It was built in phases over roughly two decades, from the late 1980s through the 2000s, and that long build-out matters more than anything else for plumbing. Its brass fittings lose zinc over time, which narrows the passage and weakens the joint, so a drop in flow at one fixture is an early warning. Settlement deadlines for both materials have passed, so owners now carry the cost. Every phase shares the same hard water, about 280 parts per million or roughly 16 grains per gallon, which scales water heaters and wears out original stops, fill valves and washer hoses.
