Peccole Ranch covers about 1,570 acres of west Las Vegas in two phases, one south of Charleston Boulevard west of Fort Apache Road and one north of Charleston west of Durango Drive, framed by roads like Sahara Avenue, Rampart Boulevard, Hualapai Way and Alta Drive.
