Rancho Bel Air is a guard-gated estate subdivision entered from Rancho Drive and built around Rancho Bel Air Drive, west of Rancho between Alta Drive and US 95. Most of its custom and semi-custom homes went up from the 1960s through the 1980s, on large walled lots with deep setbacks and landscape that has had decades to mature.
