Seven Hills rises on the slopes of the McCullough Range in southern Henderson. You enter from St. Rose Parkway, Seven Hills Drive winds past Allegro Park and Puccini Park, and Horizon Ridge Parkway carries traffic north toward Green Valley. Development began in the late 1990s with family tract homes, semi-custom houses and guard-gated enclaves, and MacDonald Highlands adjoins to the north with custom estates on elevated lots.
