Eldorado is a North Las Vegas master-planned community built in phases from the late 1980s through the 2000s. Earlier tracts fall in the polybutylene era and later ones in the Kitec era, so the build year of your street shapes every plumbing call.
Eldorado spreads across the far north of North Las Vegas, east of Aliante Parkway and south of the 215 Bruce Woodbury Beltway, with Ann Road and Deer Springs Way running across it and Camino Eldorado, Camino Al Norte and Rome Boulevard winding through the tracts. It was built in phases over roughly two decades, from the late 1980s through the 2000s, and that long build-out matters more than anything else for plumbing. Earlier phases land in the 1978 to 1995 polybutylene window, later ones in the 1995 to 2007 Kitec window, with copper and PEX between and after. The community name tells you nothing about your pipe. In Kitec systems the brass fittings lose zinc over time, and deposits build up inside the fitting, which restricts flow and weakens the joint. Reduced flow at a fixture is often an early sign of that. It is worth having the fitting checked before it fails, since the rest of the system is the same age.
It depends on your tract. Some Eldorado tracts have an association and some have none. Where an association governs under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 116, exterior items like an outside tankless unit or a visible treatment system may need approval, while interior work generally does not.
