Plumbing for Seven Hills on the McCullough Range slopes in southern Henderson, built from the late 1990s. Elevation-driven pressure issues, Kitec repipes, estate systems in adjoining MacDonald Highlands and leak protection for second homes.
Seven Hills rises on the slopes of the McCullough Range in southern Henderson. You enter from St. Rose Parkway, Seven Hills Drive winds past Allegro Park and Puccini Park, and Horizon Ridge Parkway carries traffic north toward Green Valley. Development began in the late 1990s with family tract homes, semi-custom houses and guard-gated enclaves, and MacDonald Highlands adjoins to the north with custom estates on elevated lots. On this much slope, homes on the same water system do not get the same pressure. Lower streets can see high incoming pressure that wears on fixtures, connectors, appliances and water heaters, while the highest lots can run short at upstairs fixtures in a large two-story house. Testing incoming pressure takes two minutes and explains more complaints here than any other check, and on the top properties a booster arrangement is sometimes the honest answer instead of replacing fixtures that work fine.
