Plumbing for Peccole Ranch, the roughly 1,570-acre west Las Vegas master plan built mostly from 1990 to 2000. Polybutylene and Kitec supply, aging equipment, slab leaks and association-owned lines in attached housing.
Peccole Ranch covers about 1,570 acres of west Las Vegas in two phases, one south of Charleston Boulevard west of Fort Apache Road and one north of Charleston west of Durango Drive, framed by roads like Sahara Avenue, Rampart Boulevard, Hualapai Way and Alta Drive. Most of its housing went up from about 1990 to 2000, and the master plan holds a wide spread of property within a mile or two: family tract homes, semi-custom houses, attached product and, at Queensridge, guard-gated estates and condominium towers. The City of Las Vegas approved the rezoning of Phase Two in April 1990, so the whole community permits through the city, not Clark County.
